Estimated shipping times are 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, and shipping destination.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available and will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, high order volumes, or supplier delays. ChayAdore is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ChayAdore is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at hello@chayadore.com and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
